My room was clean, but the hot water took days to fix.

Had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden in Westampton. The staff truly stood out, especially Mahogany and Kristen. Their friendly smiles during check-in made the process enjoyable. Comfortable room with a nice layout, clean and tidy when we arrived. The coffee station was a great touch, providing a cozy way to start the morning. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. Limited options made it hard to choose. Also, we encountered some noise from nearby rooms, which disrupted our sleep. Overall, the stay was good, with fantastic staff but room for enhancement in dining and noise insulation.

Poor sound insulation from adjoining rooms lowered the comfort level!!! Inconsistent maintenance of hotel facilities definitely requires attention!!! Unpleasant odors in some rooms were quite off-putting during my stay!!!

The king room was spacious, super clean, and I loved the comfy bed! The indoor pool looked inviting and was perfect for relaxation.
